It's a bold move to remove the importance of follower count on a platform focused on content. As a creative person, I would love nothing more than to focus on my work more than 'growing my audience' on whichever new platform is promising some form of income. You're bringing the focus back to creative writing without boundaries, and right now, there are very few places to find that online. I believe this will lead to the success of both the platform and the writers on it.

As a writer, I have been pigeonholed into work in social media marketing, SEO growth writing, and things that are ultimately unsatisfying, because that was what I had to do to survive. Sadly, that means I have very little time or energy for writing the things that truly bring me joy and spark inspiration. I'm so excited to see how these changes impact the writers on this platform, especially ones from the newly added countries to the Partner Program.
